    Up for sale is a 1913 Philippines Island Culion Leper Colony 1/2 Centavo coin.  It is aluminum, 19.5 mm and had a mintage of 17,000.  I grade it an Almost Uncirculated/Brilliant Uncirculated.  Some scuffiness but does not appear to have wear.
